We offer a summer internship to college juniors, and hire full time analysts who start after college graduation. We recruit formally on select undergraduate campuses, as well as informally from a broad range of schools, for both our summer analyst program and for full time analysts. Centerview actively participates in diversity recruiting.

Unlike many other investment banking firms, our hope is that our analysts will choose to stay with us beyond their analyst years, and, as a result, we commit additional resources to provide an analyst experience that is head and shoulders above traditional two-year programs.

Once analysts have joined the firm, we provide initial training that is focused on taking individuals with high levels of intellectual curiosity and diligence, providing them with a solid foundation in practical finance, and then bringing them onto our teams to begin learning the skills they will need to be among the top-tier of business professionals as their careers progress. We offer continuing educational programs as well to supplement skills learned on the job, and offer movement within our firm as well.
