Susannah Coltman is a Partner based in Centerview’s London office. She has more than 15 years of experience advising on M&A and strategic-advisory assignments, working in both the London and New York offices during her time at the firm.
Zanna has advised on situations with an aggregate value of over $150 billion, with a primary focus on the consumer and healthcare sectors. She has worked with a broad range of clients, from founder-led start-ups to established corporates and financial sponsors, advising on a variety of transaction types. Some examples include advising Nordstrom on its take-private transaction by the Nordstrom family and Liverpool, Wolverine World Wide on its sale of the Sperry brand to ABG/Aldo, Khaite on its investment by Stripes, Goli Nutrition on its strategic equity stake by VMG Partners and associated debt funding, Kohlberg and Mubadala on the acquisition of a majority stake in PCI Pharma Services, J.Jill on its out-of-court restructuring, Nightstar Therapeutics on its sale to Biogen, Endocyte on its sale to Novartis, Hikma Pharmaceuticals on its acquisitions of Roxane Laboratories and Bedford Laboratories from Boehringer Ingelheim, Smith and Nephew on its acquisition of ArthroCare, AstraZeneca on Pfizer’s unsolicited approach and Alliance Boots on its merger with Walgreens over two steps. In addition, she has experience advising on portfolio-review and strategic-planning assignments, investor-communication strategies and activism defense.
Zanna holds an M.A. (Hons) in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh and currently serves as a director of HerHealthEQ, which provides essential medical equipment to improve women’s health outcomes around the world.
Zanna lives in London with her husband and two children.
