He has 15 years of experience across a variety of industries and has spent his career advising clients through a range of strategic initiatives and transactions, with a particular focus on the Technology sector.
Representative transaction experience includes: Thales on its acquisition of Imperva from Thoma Bravo, Flipkart on its capital raise from SoftBank Vision Fund and subsequent sale to Walmart, Applied Materials on its announced acquisition of Kokusai Electric, The Trade Desk on the extension of its dual class share structure, Astellas on its acquisition of iota Biosciences, Recruit Holdings on its acquisition of Glassdoor, Rackspace on its sale to Apollo, CAI International on its sale to Mitsubishi HC Capital, Columbia Pipeline Group on its sale to TransCanada, Resonant on its sale to Murata, and Invenergy on its portfolio sale to Terraform.
Prior to joining Centerview in 2018, Terence was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs within the firm's Technology, Media, and Telecom group.
Terence holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc from Marist College. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
