Todd Kaplan is a Partner in the Centerview Partners San Francisco office and has over 35 years of Investment Banking experience. He advises asset-intensive operating companies across all of the firm’s industry verticals with a particular focus on companies with significant real estate interests.

Prior to joining Centerview Partners, Mr. Kaplan was a Executive Vice Chairman at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. After joining Merrill Lynch in 1986, Todd held a number of senior roles including leading the Corporate Finance, the Leveraged Finance, and the Capital Markets Groups. He also served as a member of the Merrill Lynch & Co. Operating Committee.
Mr. Kaplan graduated cum laude from Yale College with a BA in Economics and Mathematics.
