Tyler is a Partner in Centerview's New York office. He has over 15 years of experience advising public companies on strategic matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, raid & activism defense, and special committee assignments. Prior to joining Centerview in 2019, Tyler was a Managing Director in the TMT M&A Group at Goldman Sachs where he also led the Firm’s Anti-Raid and Anti-Activism practice.

Tyler began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and attended Boston College, UC Boulder, and the Taft School in Watertown, CT. He and his family live in Brooklyn.
